The following terms and general conditions are applied to all products of this website. This website and its contents are aimed to personal usage only. Any commercial usage of this website is forbidden.
The purpose of the products advertised on this website is subject to the terms and conditions herein published and to the law applied to the online market.
The terms and conditions represent a tying contract between the Customer and Grafica KC s.a.s. The Customer’s acceptance of the terms and conditions will be approved without limitations and/or specifications when:
- ordering goods on this website
- paying for the ordered products
- accepting the delivered products
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions periodically, without obligation of any prompt communication to Customers.
The updated version of these terms and conditions will be published on the website.

1) THE SELLER’S IDENTITY

2) THE ESSENTIAL FEATURES OF THE GOODS, PRICES AND DELIVERY
The essential features of the goods merchandised on this website and their prices are listed in details and can be viewed on the online catalogue.
The prices do not include VAT (Valued Added Tax)
The prices may increase due to tax, levy or other changes subject to law or public authority.
At the end of the purchasing procedure, the final price will include: VAT, delivery expences, tax or other changes subject to law or other public authority.
The prices on the website are considered valid throughout the purchasing procedure.
3) THE COMPLIANCE OF THE CONTRAC
Orders can be sent 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The order will be completed when the Customer receives the confirmation of the order. The order will be attended to in compliance with the time needed for each product, leaving three-working day leeway from the complation of the order. Grafica KC reserves the right to postpone the delivery date in case of temporary lack of materials or of big orders. Anyway, the Customer will be informed via e-mail and will be entitled to withdraw from the contract in case he/she does not agree with the new delivery date.
4) ESECUZIONE DELLA LAVORAZIONE
Il Contraente esegue tutti gli ordini sulla base dei dati di stampa forniti o trasmessi dal Cliente, per quanto non altrimenti convenuto per iscritto, via fax o e-mail. I dati devono essere forniti nei formati file e in base alle istruzioni relative ai file di stampa. A tal fine è indispensabile fare riferimento ala “Guida preparazione file” e ai Template presenti sul sito web. Per file in formato diverso, il Contraente non può garantire al Cliente un servizio corretto, salvo questo formato sia approvato per iscritto dallo Staff di Ecoprintweb. Il Cliente risponde integralmente dell'esattezza di questi dati, anche in presenza di errori nella trasmissione o nei supporti dati, che non siano però imputabili al Contraente.
In tutti i processi produttivi piccole differenze rispetto all’originale non potranno essere contestate.
In particolare questo vale per:
• lievi differenze di colore tra due o più commesse,
• lievi differenze di colore rispetto ad una commessa precedente,
• lievi differenze di colore tra singoli fogli di stampa nell’ambito di una stessa commessa,
• lievi tolleranze di taglio e di piega,
• lievi differenze di colore tra il blocco interno e la copertina per libri e riviste,
• riduzione del formato di stampa per i lavori formato A5 stampati a cera.
Lo stesso vale, data la tecnologia, per il confronto tra modelli originali diversi, ad esempio bozze e output di stampa (anche se di realizzati dallo Staff di Ecoprintweb), e il prodotto finale.
Per motivi di produzione, non è possibile tener conto, in fase di piazzamento del file sulla plancia, della direzione di fibra della carta. Ne consegue che una lieve tendenza della carta a spaccarsi in fase di piega o cordonatura come anche differenze di compattezza ovvero di rigidità del prodotto sono fattori da accettare e, pertanto, non soggetti a reclamo.
Come da Legge vigente, le forniture della merce in ordine, in eccesso o difetto nella misura fino al 5%, devono essere accettate. Rientrano qui anche carta da macero, fogli di avvio stampa, copie per la messa a punto di macchine d'ulteriore lavorazione, sfridi di produzione dei fogli superiori ed inferiori non scartati.
Sono escluse maggiori rivendicazioni del Cliente, quale ne sia il motivo giuridico. Il Contraente non assume alcuna responsabilità per danni non inerenti l'oggetto fornito. Questa esclusione si estende in particolare a mancato guadagno e danni patrimoniali diversi del Cliente. Ciò si applica anche a tutti i danni causati da lavoratori, rappresentanti e personale ausiliario del Contraente.
È esclusa una responsabilità del Contraente per il normale deterioramento della merce
5) RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Customer can withdraw from the contract within 5 working days from delivery date by registered post, telegram, telefax or by any other means which confirm the receipt.
The Customer shall return the goods within the terms hereabove specified.
The seller shall refund exclusively the price of the goods, extra expenses excluded.
The right of withdrawal won’t be accepted in case of a specifically personalised product and/or with specific packaging asked by the Customer.
6) DELIVERY AND RETURN
The Customer shall check the products when delivered and in case he/she finds a damage, he/she shall inform Grafica KC within and not beyond 3 working days from the delivery date. In case the products prove damaged or crushed /dented (due to transport, only if the delivery subject to verification form is signed), GraficaKC will repair or substitute the damaged product.
7) FORCE MAJEURE
Grafica KC shall not be responsible for any damage, for delay or non-delivery due to force majeure.
8) RIGHT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Grafica KC log, the products name, the pages heading, the personalised graphics, the button icons, the stamps and the logos on this website are service marks which cannot be reproduced in any way.
9) PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
In compliace with the Legislative Decree no 196/2003, the Customer empowers Grafica KC to his/her personal data processing within the contract purpose and to receive commercial promotions, without divulging personal data to third party.
10) ENVIRONMENTAL CERTIFICATIONS
Exclusively the products like this identified on the invoice issued by Grafica KC are FSC and Ecoprint certified. High-definition logos will be applied by our technicians and submitted to the Certifying Agent in order to authorise the printing.
11) PRINT FILE VALUATION CRITERIA
Grafica KC checks the content of each file before printing. We shall not print any kind of content which will bother other people’s sensitivity:
- unrespectful slogans and insults
- pro-violent symbols
- religious-offensive phrases or images
- pornography and women degrading images
